The Personalised Training Plans include absolutely everything you will need to perform at your very best in the event you have chosen. Warm up and cool down routines, specific training sessions, recovery runs, weight training (if applicable/required), nutrition advice (specific to Marathon) and more.

How much does it cost?

The Personalised Training Plans cost $79 (USD) and are up to 5 months in duration. We recommend investing in the plan around 3 to 5 months before your target race to ensure you give yourself the best chance of competing well. This breaks down to a weekly cost of around $5.
